One Stop Shopping-We’re Your Wedding Coordinator
With the demands of planning a wedding, we can take care of many of the additional details of the day. Our talented staff has years of experience in event planning to let you enjoy the most special of moments without worrying about the details. We are able to coordinate: the photographer, the menu, the cake, flowers, and entertainment. Just ask us!
SPIRIT of Dubuque
Wedding events aboard the SPIRIT are typically 2 hours to 2 ½ hours in length, and additional hours are available. Private chartering and pricing is available from our sales office. Chartering the SPIRIT requires a guarantee of 125 or more. We have a wide variety of menus to choose from, which include lunch and dinner options, as well as hors d’oeuvre receptions. A crowd pleaser for either a charter or a public cruise is our famous Prime Rib and Chicken. You can’t go wrong with a menu that has made us so famous! On private wedding charters, cash bar, hosted bar or limited hosted bars can be arranged to serve your guests’ needs.
If a very small private event is planned (minimum of 20 passengers) and your preference is aboard the SPIRIT, we can accommodate the group upon one of our public cruise and provide group seating for your guests.
The Miss Dubuque
Elegance. Good taste. Sophistication. These are only three words that describe an event aboard the Miss Dubuque. The Miss is the perfect location for the small intimate wedding celebration. Even if your wedding for 300+ for guests is slated at an alternate venue, the Miss Dubuque can be the perfect place for the ceremony itself where you will be surrounded in the beauty of your closest family and friends with a beautiful view.
The Miss Dubuque can seat 64 on the lower deck and an additional 24 on the upper deck for plated meals. Cocktail cruises can accommodate 100 guests. Wedding events aboard the Miss Dubuque are either 2 hours or 2 ½ hours in length, and additional hours are available. Private chartering and pricing is available from our sales office. Chartering the Miss Dubuque requires a guarantee of 50 or more. Again our famous fare of prime rib and chicken is a showstopper; however, many wonderful menu items abound including hors d’ oeuvres and our famous desserts. We have a lovely bar area aboard the Miss Dubuque which can provide a cash bar, hosted bar or limited hosted bar to serve your guests’ needs
Moonlight & Bubbles
One very unique concept we are promoting is a post-wedding reception cruise in which you can take your wedding party and close friends for a spin out on the Mississippi as a way to top off a most beautiful day. There’s nothing more romantic and memorable as a glass of champagne and moonlight on the Miss. Call our sales staff for pricing and particulars.
